SERVICE OPTIONS

 

  • 1. Design & Hosting
    Open a set of pages at one of our domains [www.CastleLark.com, www.BookBoutique.biz]. Your address will look like this: www.castlelark.com/yourname. Key words encoded in your pages will ensure that your site will be found when Web surfers search for your name, product or service. Lower annual fees than using a unique domain name.

    You can also open a set of pages at one of our domains with a "subdomain" address that looks like this: yourname.castlelark.com. You will pay standard annual fees for hosting but save the cost of registering a unique domain name.

    Switch to your own unique domain name at any time (see Option 2), your Web pages will remain the same and your old address will "point" to your new address so that no traffic will be lost.

  • 2. Design, Hosting & Domain
    In addition to designing your site, we can shop for and register your personal domain, serve as the Technical Contact with the registry service, and host the site on our Web space. There are annual as well as monthly fees for this service.

    We can also provide design, maintenance and technical support services should you choose a different hosting arrangement (see Option 3).

  • 3. Design Only
    You may take care of your own hosting arrangements and domain name registration. We will design your site and handle the upload and maintenance tasks in coordination with your Internet service provider.

    We will need to be in touch with your other service providers to exchange the technical information needed to maintain your site, and you will want to list us as your Technical Contact.

  • 4. Maintenance & Updates for Existing Sites
    Do you have an existing site that needs minor maintenance, a small update or a complete overhaul? We will be happy to work with you. Please contact us for a site evaluation and fee estimate.

    In order to manage your site, we will need information about your domain registration and hosting arrangments.
