HOURLY SERVICES
Our in-house hourly rate is $40; we will not charge you for small updates or corrections to your existing Web pages; we will run a tab for tasks that take a measurable amount of time (10 mins. or more) and bill you when services exceed $50.
We expect to do some routine scanning, typing and file preparation in the course of constructing your Web site, and this is figured into the design fees listed. For commissioned art, custom logo design, complex digital graphics, extensive word-processing or other tasks "above and beyond" we will provide an hourly estimate or fee proposal for your approval before commencing work.

(The Fine Print)
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We are not a dial-up service (we do not provide you with access to the Internet through your home computer).
- We are not an e-mail service (we do not provide you with an e-mail account, though we will link your Web site to your e-mail address if you have one).
- We are not a secure server (we use third-party services to conduct credit card transactions through our Web sites).
All of the above services entail fees to other providers. We can assist
you in estimating costs, shopping for providers and obtaining services;
in some cases we will need to be in touch with those providers to exchange the technical information needed to maintain your site,
and you will want to list us as your Technical Contact.
A FEW MORE THINGS...
- We use a Windows-based computer system and are not able to make conversions from MacIntosh file formats or read Mac formatted disks.
- We do not have AOL software on our computers or the means to upload pages to their Web space.
- We currently do not have a satisfactory method for converting slides to digital format.
